The first trip we plan together, I'm learning your travel preferences and style. By the third, we’ve built a relationship. That relationship is the actual product — not just time saved, but recommendations that get more precise every time. When working together on a full-service itinerary, you also have access to someone on the ground you can call when something needs handling in real time — an invaluable asset.

My partnerships with brands like Belmond, Four Seasons, Auberge, Rosewood, and more, put my clients at the top of the upgrade list, not just on it. But the bigger difference is relational — my standing with hotel owners and general managers, built over years, means my clients are recognized and looked after in ways a booking platform can't replicate.

It means I can book a hotel if that's all you need — but most clients come to me for more: accommodations, VIP arrivals, private transfers, guided touring, all handled on your behalf. These are the details that turn a good trip into one people talk about for years.
